STREETLIGHT MALFUNCTIONING

Have a concern? We want to hear from you!  Unfortunately City staff cannot be in all locations at all times therefore the City relies on concerned citizens  to report issues and concerns using these easy to use electronic forms.

When reporting a streetlight outage, please include the pole number located on a plate attached to the pole. The number needs to include the WA or WAX prefix.

You can also call the City directly at 636-456-3535. A directory menu will prompt you to leave a voicemail with the responsible department who will address the situation as soon as they are available.
