Payments are due by the 15th of each month.
After 8:00am on “Shut Off Day”, payment in full including the $55 service fee is required to maintain/restore service. Please call 636-456-3535 for the required balance and/or to schedule restoration of service. Customers can review their account history, consumption, past bills & payment history, and pay utility bills online with a credit or debit card. 

Utility Payment
New users and individuals without a registered online account will need to have your utility bill available to log in or to create an account. A hard copy of your utility bill will allow you to provide your account ID # exactly as the City has it listed for billing purposes.  

*Please note that a convenience fee of 3.25% or a minimum of $2.95 will be added to any credit or debit card payments. E-checks are a flat $2.95 fee.

Recycling Collection Guidelines

Residential Trash
The in-city residential trash service:

• Single family ………………………………..$19.10

• Single family senior citizen……...…..$17.07

Trash Service Senior Discount
Residents ages 62 and older can apply for a discount for trash services. In order to qualify for the senior rate, the billing must be in the name of the senior. The senior must reside at the address. Proof of residency is required. Complete the discount application and submit it along with a copy of  the senior's state issued photo ID that shows their birth date.  Documents can be submitted to the City Billing Clerk in person at City Hall, by mail, or email.

When a listed holiday falls on or before a regular pickup day, your trash, recycling, or yard waste will be picked up one day later that week. We suggest you mark the listed days on your calendar so you know ahead of time whether or not Grace Hauling observes a certain holiday.

Commercial Trash Services
Businesses can elect their own service provider for commercial trash collection. Businesses are not required to use the City's contracted provider.
