The site will begin construction on two office buildings and a warehouse, being built in three phases. Office Building # 1 is 6,000 S.F., Office Building # 2 is 10,000 S.F., and the Warehouse Building # 3 is 8,724 S.F.

The site will begin construction on a 15,585 square foot SSM Healthcare Facility with parking located on both the east and south side of the building. The building will be accessible from Highway 47 through a shared access location located between Walgreens and Taco Bell.

The site will begin construction on a 39,365- square-foot facility with parking located on the east side of the building. Tractor Supply will have two (2) access points from Veterans Memorial Parkway and Highway 47 through a shared access location with Taco Bell and Walgreens east of the subject site.

The convenience store/ gas station opened on September 19, 2023.
