COVID-19 restrictions have limited in-person court appearances.
Please monitor your mail for your scheduled dates. You may also contact the Municipal Court Clerk for this information and to update your address if you have moved since you received your citation.

Fines and court costs can be paid out of court without the necessity of making a court appearance. In order to determine if your fine and court costs can be paid without a court appearance, please contact the Municipal Court Clerk 636-456-3535. If your fine and court costs can be paid out of court, and you wish to do so, you must pay on or prior to the court date you were assigned. Also, if the court has previously approved a payment arrangement in your case, you can make your monthly payment out of court. Each monthly payment must be made on or prior to the first Thursday of the month.

The Municipal Court for the City of Warrenton is a division of the Warren County Circuit Court, Twelfth Judicial District, of the State of Missouri. The jurisdiction of the Municipal Court extends to all cases involving alleged violations of the Municipal Code or other ordinances of the City. Court sessions are held the first Thursday of every month at 9:00 a.m. Attorney call is at 8:30 a.m.
