Fees For Permits

The fee schedule for all basic construction in the City of Warrenton is as follows:

Basic Permit Fee $ 0.0040 (based on construction costs)

Plan Review Fee $ 0.0015 (based on construction costs)

Storm Water Control Evaluation $100.00 (per acre or fraction thereof)

(Storm water fee waived in developments where a City of Warrenton approved storm water control plan is available.)

Construction Water Usage Fee $25.00

Residential Inspection Permit fee $50 includes initial inspection and one re-inspection
$25 for each sub sequential inspection

All other permit fees start at $25.00
