The direction and management of the City’s day-to-day operations is the responsibility of the City Administrator assisted by the Director of Operations. Duties include supervision of all the city departments, serve as the liaison to the Mayor and Board of Aldermen, provide updates on the status of city operations and projects, ensure that policies and the municipal code are implemented. Human Resources and Special Events are components of this department. If you have a suggestion, issue, or concern, you are welcome to contact the City Hall.
